All your viewings are booked in by our Estate Agents with yourselves. Then only difference to traditional Estate Agency service is you will conduct your own viewings. To be honest more people want to show clients themselves these days anyway.

All offers are received in the normal way via us and conveyed to you in the same manner as a traditional high street agent. You just can't visit us to do that, but we haven't known many clients visit an office to discuss their offer in several years - this is because there is no need to.

Once your property is under offer we will conduct references and advise you on the suitability of the tenants as by our practices that we adhere to in our branches. You will then get the references emailed to you. (Your tenant will be charged for references to be carried out as would normally happen when any tenant takes a rental property)

You get no phone calls pressuring you to reduce; you get dealt with by experienced and qualified Estate Agents.

Once a moving in date is agreed we will email you a copy of the tenancy agreement and you then print two copies and get them both signed. We advise you on how to do this and the legal implications.

We also advise you on your deposit and what to do with it to comply legally.
