I never thought I would be singing an estate agents praises but Pink Residential have been outstanding.

I met with 3 other "pushy" agents before decided to advertise with pink. Our house sold within a month and on each viewing we were given speedy honest feedback from pink. Every member of staff I dealt with were helpful and our fees for selling our house were just over £500.

I first chose Pink Resdential due to their cheap rate which beat any other agent in the area. When I got my house valued I was impressed with the agents confidence and willingness to sell my property. 8 days later my property had sold. Right from the start, Pink Residential took on our property with such professionalism. The way they go about their approach is so unlike any other Estate Agents we have dealt with before.

When they took on our property, they told us that we would receive a 'Property Statistics' folder on the Internet wherby you have instant feedback on progress of your sale - ie: viewings feedback; events are logged with dates; marketing activity; website stats etc. To help keep the costs down, they do not advertise in the local press, but straight away the telephone was ringing to say they had viewings for us within days of going on the market - and the icing on the cake is that we have a successful sale through them.

I know people are scepitcial about the upfront low fee, but it really does work! With most agents charging unjustifiable commissions to sell properties it is time an agency came on the market with an approach more reflective of the times.

At first I was apprehensive, as the flat rate price that 'Pink Residential' were quoting to sell our property was ridiculously low. Could it really be true? A great way to cut the costs of moving house if it was. We decided to investigate! My husband and I went to meet with Melvyn Atrill (the owner) and were greeted immediately.  Straight away we were put at ease and were told that the service that they were offering was practically the same as a usual estate agent would offer. The only difference being that, every viewing would be carried out by ourselves (which seems to be the case with most estate agents anyway). The next day we paid the flat fee online and within hours a picture of the front of our house was taken and a 'for sale' board put up. We have not looked back since and have been thrilled with the service received so far, which has been extremely efficient and professional at all times. I hasten to add our house was sold for the asking price within four days of going onto 'Rightmove'! I would thoroughly recommend 'Pink Residential' and by using them, it has saved us £1500, which all helps to go towards the whopping stamp duty fees.
